باختصار: مساحة عمل فيودكس: محادثات الفريق والغرف والاجتماعات وتسجيل الحضور والمهام. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نستخدم بياناتك لأغراض تسويقية. وكل ما يجمعه التطبيق يخدم تشغيل الخدمة نفسها ويُخزَّن على خوادم فيودكس.

التطبيق مخصّص لحاملي حساب فيودكس. لا يوجد تسجيل ذاتيّ داخل التطبيق؛ الحساب يُنشئه صاحب العمل. والتطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون السادسة عشرة.

ما لا نجمعه: لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي، ولا جهات اتصالك، ولا صورك، ولا سجلّ تصفّحك، ولا أي بيانات خارج التطبيق. ولا يُسجَّل الصوت إلا حين يبدأ أحد المشاركين تسجيلاً صريحاً يظهر للجميع.

يمكنك سحب أي إذن من إعدادات النظام؛ وتتعطّل الميزة المرتبطة به وحدها.
تُخزَّن البيانات على خوادم فيودكس المستأجرة لدى Hetzner (ألمانيا/فنلندا)، والنسخ الاحتياطية مشفّرة لدى Wasabi. ولا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض تجارية. والمعالِجون نيابةً عنّا فقط:
وقد نُفصح عن بيانات إذا ألزمنا بذلك نظامٌ أو أمرٌ قضائيّ في المملكة العربية السعودية.
يُحفَظ محتوى العمل (الرسائل، الملفات، سجلّ الحضور) طوال مدة ارتباطك بالشركة وبحسب سياسات الاحتفاظ الداخلية والأنظمة ذات العلاقة. وتُحذف رموز التنبيهات فور تسجيل الخروج أو إزالة التطبيق، وتُمسح البيانات المخبّأة على جهازك بإزالة التطبيق.
لك أن تطلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها. ولحذف حسابك وبياناتك المرتبطة به، أرسل طلباً من بريدك المؤسسي إلى contact@fudex.com.sa بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب FuSpace». نستجيب خلال ٣٠ يوماً؛ ويُحذف الحساب وبيانات الهوية والرموز، مع بقاء ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به نظاماً أو ما تملكه الشركة بصفتها صاحب العمل. وتسجيل الخروج من التطبيق يمسح فوراً الجلسة والبيانات المخبّأة على جهازك.
كل الاتصالات مشفّرة بـTLS، والرموز والجلسات تُحفظ في المخزن الآمن للنظام (Keystore/Keychain)، والوصول للخوادم محصور بمفاتيح إدارية. ولا يُدخِل المستخدم كلمة مرور داخل التطبيق — المصادقة عبر متصفّح النظام.
عند أي تغيير جوهري نُحدّث هذه الصفحة ونرفع تاريخ «آخر تحديث»، ونُشعر المستخدمين داخل التطبيق.

In short: Fudex workspace: team chat, rooms, meetings, attendance check-in and tasks. We do not sell your data, we show no ads, and we do not use your data for marketing. Everything the App collects serves the operation of the service itself and is stored on Fudex servers.

The App is intended for holders of a Fudex account. There is no self-registration inside the App; accounts are created by the employer. The App is not directed to children under 16.

What we do not collect: We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or browsing history, nor any data from outside the App. Audio is not recorded unless a participant explicitly starts a recording that is visible to everyone.

You may revoke any permission from system settings; only the related feature stops working.
Data is stored on Fudex servers rented from Hetzner (Germany/Finland), with encrypted backups at Wasabi. We do not sell your data and do not share it for commercial purposes. Processors acting on our behalf only:
We may disclose data where required by law or by a judicial order in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Work content (messages, files, attendance records) are retained for as long as your relationship with the company continues, and in line with internal retention policies and applicable regulations. Notification tokens are deleted on sign-out or app removal, and cached data on your device is erased when the App is uninstalled.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. To delete your account and its associated data, send a request from your corporate email to contact@fudex.com.sa with the subject "FuSpace account deletion request". We respond within 30 days; the account, identity data and tokens are deleted, except for what must be retained by law or what the company owns as employer. Signing out of the App immediately clears the session and cached data from your device.
All traffic is encrypted with TLS; tokens and sessions are held in the operating system's secure storage (Keystore/Keychain); server access is restricted to administrative keys. No password is entered inside the App — authentication happens through the system browser.
For any material change we update this page, revise the "Last updated" date, and notify users inside the App.
