باختصار: مساحة عمل فيودكس: محادثات الفريق والغرف والاجتماعات وتسجيل الحضور والمهام. التطبيق أداة عملٍ تُقدّمها شركة فيودكس لموظفيها ومستخدميها المعتمدين، بلا رسوم على المستخدم وبلا تسجيل ذاتيّ. باستخدامك التطبيق فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط.
تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدامك تطبيق FuSpace («التطبيق») المقدَّم من شركة فيودكس («الشركة» أو «نحن»). باستخدامك التطبيق أو تسجيل الدخول إليه فأنت تُقرّ بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط ووافقت عليها. وإن لم توافق فلا تستخدم التطبيق.
التطبيق أداة عملٍ مؤسسية موجّهة لحاملي حساب فيودكس (موظفون أو مستخدمون معتمدون من الشركة أو من عملائها). لا يتضمّن التطبيق تسجيلاً ذاتياً؛ فالحساب يُنشئه ويمنحه صاحب العمل أو المسؤول المخوَّل، وهو الذي يمنح الصلاحية ويسحبها. والتطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون السادسة عشرة.
الدخول يتمّ عبر متصفّح النظام بحساب قوقل المؤسسي، ولا تُدخَل كلمة مرور داخل التطبيق. وأنت مسؤول عن: سرّية جهازك وحسابك، وعدم مشاركة حسابك أو رمز جلستك مع أحد، وإبلاغ الشركة فوراً عند فقد الجهاز أو الاشتباه في اختراق الحساب. وكلّ نشاطٍ يقع عبر حسابك يُنسب إليك ما لم يثبت خلاف ذلك.
تلتزم بألّا تستخدم التطبيق في:
ما تُنشئه أو ترفعه من محتوى عملٍ عبر التطبيق (رسائل، ملفات، مواعيد، مهام) يخصّ صاحب العمل بصفته مالك بيانات العمل، وتمنح الشركة الترخيص اللازم لتخزينه ومعالجته وعرضه لتشغيل الخدمة. أما التطبيق نفسه وشعاراته وتصاميمه وكوده فمملوكة لشركة فيودكس، ولا يُنقل إليك أي حقٍّ فيها عدا رخصة استخدامٍ شخصية محدودة غير حصرية وغير قابلة للتحويل، تنتهي بانتهاء صلاحيتك.
تُعالَج بياناتك وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بالتطبيق، وهي جزء لا يتجزّأ من هذه الشروط.
عند دخولك غرفة صوتية أو اجتماعاً يُنقل صوتك للمشاركين لحظياً. ولا يُسجَّل الاجتماع إلا حين يبدأ أحد المشاركين تسجيلاً صريحاً يظهر مؤشّره للجميع. وأنت مسؤول عن التزامك بأنظمة الخصوصية عند مشاركة محتوى أو شاشة داخل الاجتماع، وعن عدم إعادة نشر تسجيلٍ أو محتوى اجتماعٍ خارج الشركة دون إذن.
زرّ الحضور داخل التطبيق يسجّل واقعة زمنية في نظام الموارد البشرية للشركة. وهذه السجلات مستندات عمل تخصّ صاحب العمل ويُعتدّ بها في احتساب الدوام. ويُمنع التلاعب بها أو تسجيل الحضور نيابةً عن غيرك، ويُعدّ ذلك مخالفةً تأديبية. وإذا تعذّر التسجيل لعطلٍ تقنيّ فالمرجع تصحيحُ الإدارة المختصة لا التطبيق.
يعتمد التطبيق على خدماتٍ من أطرافٍ ثالثة لتشغيل بعض وظائفه (تسجيل الدخول بحساب قوقل، وإشعارات Firebase Cloud Messaging، ومتاجر التطبيقات، ومزوّدي الاستضافة). ويخضع استخدامك لتلك الخدمات لشروط مزوّديها، ولا نتحمّل مسؤولية انقطاعها أو تغييرها.
نسعى لإتاحة الخدمة باستمرار دون أن نضمن عملها بلا انقطاع أو بلا أخطاء. ويجوز لنا تعديل التطبيق أو إضافة ميزات أو إيقافها أو إجراء صيانةٍ مجدولة أو طارئة. وقد نُلزمك بتحديث التطبيق إلى نسخة أحدث لاستمرار العمل.
يجوز إيقاف وصولك أو إنهاؤه فوراً عند مخالفة هذه الشروط، أو بناءً على طلب صاحب العمل، أو عند انتهاء علاقتك الوظيفية أو التعاقدية بالشركة. وعند الإنهاء تسقط رخصة الاستخدام، ويبقى محتوى العمل لدى صاحب العمل.
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» و«حسب توفّره». وفي حدود ما يسمح به النظام، لا تتحمّل الشركة المسؤولية عن أضرارٍ غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو فوات ربحٍ أو فقد بيانات ناشئ عن استخدام التطبيق أو تعذّر استخدامه. ولا يُعدّ التطبيق مصدراً وحيداً للحقيقة في المسائل النظامية أو المالية أو التعاقدية.
التطبيق مجانيّ للمستخدم النهائي ولا يتضمّن أي مشتريات أو اشتراكات داخله. وأي اتفاقٍ تجاريّ بين الشركة وجهة عملك منظَّمٌ في عقدٍ مستقلّ.
قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط من وقتٍ لآخر. ويُنشر التحديث على هذه الصفحة مع تغيير تاريخ «آخر تحديث»، ويُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد النشر قبولاً بالنسخة المحدَّثة.
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختصّ الجهات القضائية المختصة فيها بالفصل في أي نزاعٍ ينشأ عنها.

In short: Fudex workspace: team chat, rooms, meetings, attendance check-in and tasks. The app is a work tool provided by Fudex to its employees and authorised users, free of charge to the user and with no self-registration. By using the app you agree to these Terms.
These Terms govern your use of the FuSpace application (the "App") provided by Fudex (the "Company", "we"). By using or signing in to the App you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is a corporate work tool intended for holders of a Fudex account (employees, or users authorised by the Company or its clients). The App contains no self-registration: accounts are created and granted by the employer or an authorised administrator, who also grants and revokes access. The App is not directed to persons under 16.
Sign-in happens through the system browser using the corporate Google account; no password is entered inside the App. You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure, for not sharing your account or session token with anyone, and for notifying the Company immediately if a device is lost or an account compromise is suspected. Activity carried out through your account is attributed to you unless proven otherwise.
You agree not to use the App for:
Work content you create or upload through the App (messages, files, events, tasks) belongs to the employer as owner of the business data, and you grant the Company the licence necessary to store, process and display it in order to operate the service. The App itself, its trademarks, designs and code are owned by Fudex; you receive no rights in them other than a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to use the App, which ends when your access ends.
Your data is processed in accordance with the App's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
When you join a voice room or a meeting, your audio is transmitted live to the other participants. A meeting is recorded only when a participant explicitly starts a recording, and an indicator is shown to everyone while it runs. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy rules when sharing content or your screen, and for not redistributing a recording or meeting content outside the company without authorisation.
The check-in button records a timestamped event in the company's HR system. These records are employer business records and are relied upon for working-hours calculation. Tampering with them, or checking in on behalf of another person, is prohibited and treated as a disciplinary violation. If a check-in fails for a technical reason, the correction is made by the responsible department, not by the app.
The App relies on third-party services for parts of its functionality (Google sign-in, Firebase Cloud Messaging notifications, app stores, and hosting providers). Your use of those services is subject to their providers' terms, and we are not responsible for their interruption or change.
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify the App, add or discontinue features, and perform scheduled or emergency maintenance. We may require you to update to a newer version in order to continue using the App.
Your access may be suspended or terminated immediately upon breach of these Terms, at the request of your employer, or when your employment or contractual relationship ends. On termination the licence ends, and work content remains with the employer.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from use of, or inability to use, the App. The App is not a sole source of truth for legal, financial or contractual matters.
The App is free for the end user and contains no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Any commercial agreement between the Company and your organisation is governed by a separate contract.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are published on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the App after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
